Q: Does the product purchased from this site have warrenty?
A: All products purchased from our site all have warranty. Detail warrenty policy please check " warranty policy". When you encounter problems, please email us  with your order number.

Q: How fast you can ship the items?
A:Usually it takes 48hours to ship the package. Once the product status did not change within 48hours, please directly contact our customer service, we will investigate for you and resolve it for you immediately. usually we will inform you if there is delay on shipping.

Q: If i place an order today, when i am going to receive my order?
A: Different item have different shipping methods.  Standard airmail usually takes 20-45 working days, express takes 3-7 days. If you want change your shipping methods, please directly contact us, or leave message in the order comment. Our customer service will handle it for you.

Q: How can i pay for my order? If i do not have paypal, can i still purchase?Does your website support Cash On Delivery?
A: We accept payment via paypal, cradit cards, western union and bank transfer. If you do not have paypal, you can choose the other payment methods.  Sorry, we do not support Cash On Delivery.

Q: What is your working time?
A: Our website 24hours open. Our customer service working time from 10 a.m-11 p.m chinese time. You can email us 7/24 and you can call us at this 13 hours.

Q: What can i do after i place the order?
A: After you place order and check out successfully, you can go to my order to check your order status. Your order will be handle within 48hours. System will update your shipping information after ship it out.
